摘要
目的观察强胰降糖胶囊对高尿酸血症鹌鹑的影响,并对其降尿酸机制进行初步探讨。方法鹌鹑按体重随机分为6组:空白组、模型组、别嘌醇组(26mg/kg)及强胰降糖胶囊低、中、高剂量组(0.7g/kg、1.4g/kg、2.8g/kg),除空白组外,其余各组通过灌胃酵母干粉(15g/kg)造成鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型,各给药组按相应剂量灌胃给药,模型组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,每周检测血清中尿酸(UA)和甘油三酯(TG)水平,第四周处死取肝脏检测黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性。结果模型组与空白组比较UA、TG、XOD活性显著升高(P<0.05)。强胰降糖胶囊低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较,UA、TG水平,及XOD活性可显著降低(P<0.05)。结论强胰降糖胶囊具有降低血AU、TG和XOD活性作用,降低黄嘌呤氧化酶活性是其作用机制之一。
Objective To observe the effects of Qiangyi Jiangtang capsules in quail with hyperuricacidemia, and the primary study of mechanism of reduction of uric acid. Methods Quails were divided randomly into 6 groups by weight: blank group, modle group, allopurinol group(26mg/kg)and Qiangyi Jiangtang capsules high, middle and low dosage groups(0.7g/kg、1.4g/kg、2.8g/kg).Except blank group,hyperuricemia quail model was established after intragastric administration of yeast powder(15g/kg). Each dosage group according to the corresponding dose lavage,the modle group lavage the same volume distilled water. Serum uric acid(UA) and triglyceride(TG) levels were tested every week. After four weeks, the quails were sacrificed, and the livers were removed to test the Xanthine Ocidase(XOD) activity. Results The levels of UA、TG and XOD activity of hyperuricemia quail model were siginficantly higher than that of the blank group(P〈0.05).Compared to hyperuricemia quail model, the groups administrated with high, middle and low dosage of Qiangyi Jiangtang capsules displayed lower levels of UA, TG and XOD activity respectively(P〈0.05). Conclusion Qiangyi Jiangtang capsules could decrease the levels of UA and TG and the activity of XOD. Reduce the xanthine oxidase activity is one of its action mechanism.
