颅内肿瘤患者围手术期心理干预效果观察

Effect observation of psychological intervention in the perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor

目的探讨心理干预护理在颅内脑瘤患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的88例颅内脑瘤围手术期患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予心理干预护理,比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和患者的满意度。结果观察组心理干预护理后SAS为(43.23±1.33)分、SDS为(38.12±2.11)分,明显优于对照组的(57.22±1.02)分、(50.23±1.22)分;观察组心理干预护理后患者的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组常规护理后的45.45%。两组患者在焦虑、抑郁、满意度差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅内脑瘤患者围手术期实施心理干预护理可有效地改善患者的忧虑、焦急、抑郁情况,提高治疗效果和护理满意度,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the applicative effect of psychological intervention in the perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor. Methods 88 patients with intracranial tumor selected in the perioperative period who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were received routine nursing while patients in the observation group were received psychological intervention at the basis of routine nursing.Self- anxiety Scale（SAS）,self- depression scale（SDS） and patients＇ satisfaction before and after nursing of two groups were compared. Results SAS score and SDS score after psychological intervention nursing of the observation group were（43.23±1.33） and（38.12±2.11） respectively,significantly superior to those of the control group（57.22±1.02） and（50.23±1.22）.Degree of patients＇ satisfaction after psychological intervention nursing of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that after routine nursing of the control group 45.45%.Differences in anxiety,depression and degree of satisfaction of patients in two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention nursing in the perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor can effectively improve patients＇ anxiety and depression conditions,curative effect and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
