腺苷蛋氨酸在治疗重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎中的可行性及安全性 被引量:7

The feasibility and safety of adenosylmethionine in treatment of severe jaundice viral hepatitis

摘要 目的探讨腺苷蛋氨酸在治疗重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎中的可行性及安全性。方法选取我院于2013年12月~2014年12月收治的68例重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组采用常规基础治疗,观察组除常规基础治疗外采用腺苷蛋氨酸进行治疗。治疗结束后,对两组的治疗效果、肝功能情况进行观察比较。结果疗程结束后,两组患者的ALT的好转情况差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组的TBIL、ALB、PTA的好转情况显著好于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为79.41%(27/34)、44.12%(15/34),其差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组患者均无明显的不良反应。结论对重度黄疸型肝炎采用腺苷蛋氨酸进行治疗,其疗效显著,可以显著改善患者的临床症状,提高肝功能,安全可靠,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of adenosylmethionine in the treatment of severe jaundice viral hepatitis. Methods 68 patients with severe jaundice viral hepatitis who were admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, with 34 in each. The control group was received conventional basic treatment and the observation group was received adenosylmethionine at the basis of conventional basic treatment. Curative effects and liver condition of two groups were observed and compared. Results Improvement situation of ALT of patients in two groups after treatment had no significant difference(P〉0.05).Improvement situation of TBIL,ALB,and PTA in the observation group was better than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 79.41%,(27/34)and 44.12%(15/34)respectively and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Patients in two groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Adenosylmethionine in treatment of severe jaundice viral hepatitis has significant curative effects and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and liver functions.It is safe and reliable,worthy of promotion and application.
