急性胃出血的临床诊断与治疗效果观察

Observation of clinical diagnosis and curative effect of acute gastric bleeding

目的对急性胃出血的临床诊断与治疗效果进行观察探究。方法将我院2014年3月~2015年3月期间接诊的60例急性胃出血患者的资料进行回顾性分析,按照其治疗方法来进行分组,保守治疗组患者（n=36）例,手术治疗组患者（n=24）例,对两组患者的临床诊断情况及治疗的效果进行对比分析。结果 （1）临床诊断：保守组中诊断病因为胃、肠溃疡的有16例,急性炎症10例,胃肿瘤6例,药物性4例;手术组中诊断病因为肠、胃溃疡的有8例,急性炎症6例,胃肿瘤7例,药物性3例。（2）治疗效果：在对治疗效果的统计中,保守组治愈22例,有效8例,显效4例,无效2例;手术组治愈13例,有效7例,显效3例,无效1例。结论对于急性胃出血患者的诊断和治疗,要根据患者的具体情况来选择最适宜的治疗方法,增加病情诊断的准确率,从而提高对急性胃出血患者的治愈率。

Objective To observe and research the clinical diagnosis and curative effect of acute gastric bleeding. Methods Data of 60 patients with acute gastric bleeding who were admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. They were allocated to the conservative treatment group with 36 cases and the surgical treatment group with 24 cases according to treatment methods. Clinical diagnosis and curative effect of patients in two groups were analyzed. Results（1） Clinical diagnosis： In the conservative group, there were 16 cases of gastric and intestinal ulcers, 10 cases of acute inflammation, 6 cases of gastric cancer and 4 cases of medication effect. In the surgery treatment, there were 8 cases of gastric and intestinal ulcers, 6 cases of acute inflammation, 7 cases of gastric cancer and 3 cases of medication effect.（2） Curative effect： In the conservative group, there were 22 cases of cure, 8 cases of effectiveness, 4 cases of marked effect and 2 cases of ineffectiveness in summary of curative effect. In the surgery treatment, there were 13 cases of cure, 7 cases of effectiveness, 3 cases of marked effect and 1 case of ineffectiveness. Conclusion For diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute gastric bleeding, choice of the most appropriate treatment according to the specific condition of patients can increase the accuracy of diagnosis of the disease to improve the cure rate of patients with acute gastric bleeding.
