摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法来测定贵州省凯里市良姜和山萘中锌、锰、铁、铜、钴和镉的含量,结果表明锌、锰、铁和铜的含量在良姜中分别为5.01,254.04,358.07和1.45μg/g,而山萘中则为12.11,43.29,272.88和5.00μg/g,未检测出钴和镉的存在.因此,通过本实验所得结果可以认为贵州省凯里市所产的良姜和山萘为无公害香料.
The content of Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu, Co and Cd in Alpinia officinarum H. and Kaempferia ga- langa L. were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The results show that the contents of Zn, Mn, Fe and Cu in Alpinia officinarum H. were respectively 5.01, 254.04, 358.07 and 1.45μg/g, while in Kaempferia galanga L. was 12.11, 43.29, 272.88 and 5.00μg/g. The presence of Co and Cd was not detected. Therefore, we can believe that Alpinia officinarum H. and Kaempferia galanga L. produced from Kaili city were pollution - free spice.
