摘要
为了有效抑制粉花月见草的生长,采用营养液培养法,用6种不同磷浓度对粉花月见草进行处理,并对其根体积、根系活力、叶绿素和丙二醛含量进行了测定.结果表明,当磷浓度为0.5和1.0 mmol/L时,丙二醛含量达到最小值,而其他各项指标则均较大.由此推断:外来入侵植物粉花月见草只有在磷含量适宜的环境中才能生长,而无磷或高磷的环境都不利于其生长.研究结果可以为杂草粉花月见草治理提供重要参考.
This paper used six different phosphorus concentration on Oenothera rosea and determined it＇ s root volume, root activity and the content of chlorophyll and MDA. The results showed that when the phosphourus concentration was 0.5 and 1.0 mmoL/L, the MDA content reached the minimum, while the other indexes were all higher. Tis results can provide important reference for the treatment of Oenothera rosea.
