摘要
利用MEGA,CodonW和SPSS等软件分析真白鲑线粒体13个蛋白编码基因密码子的使用模式.结果显示,真白鲑线粒体蛋白编码基因组具有较大的有效密码子数ENC值和较低的密码子适应指数CAI值,偏好性较弱,终止密码子偏好使用TAA.中性绘图分析结果表明,密码子使用模式主要受选择作用的影响.
MEGA, CodonW and SPSS software packages were used to analyze the codon usage patterns in Coregonuslavaretus mitochondrial protein - coding genes. The results showed that Coregonuslavaretus mitochondrial protein - coding genes had much higher values of Effective Number of Codon (ENC) and much lower values of Codon Adaptation Index(CAI) which indicated a lower preference of synonymous codon usage in mitochondrial genome of Coregonuslavaretus. And it had a strong preference for TAA stop codon. Additionally, neutral mapping indicates that the utilization pattern of condon is affected by selection.
