凯里经济开发区土地利用变化及其驱动因素分析

Land Use Change and its Driving Factors Analysis of Kaili Economic Development Zone

以贵州省凯里经济开发区作为研究对象,通过实地考察和GIS技术分析,得到该区域2004年和2013年的土地利用图.利用土地变化幅度模型和土地利用动态模型,对凯里经济开发区2004年-2013年间土地利用变化幅度和空间变化做了分析,结果认为:林业用地、水田、<25°旱地、未利用地、水域的面积缩小,而建设用地、≥25°旱地、灌丛及灌草丛等土地利用类型的面积在增加.在研究区的8种土地利用类型中,建设用地的动态指数最大,说明凯里经济开发区的建设规模正在不断扩大.而土地利用空间结构变化主要是沿着凯开大道两侧大面积扩展.通过研究认为,凯里经济开发区土地利用变化主要受城市规划、社会经济和土地政策等驱动因素的影响.

This paper took Kaili Economic Development Zone as the research object. Through field in- vestigation and the analysis of GIS technology, the land use map of the area in 2004 and 2013 was ob- tained. By using the amplitude of variation model of land and dynamic model of land utilization in Kaili Economic Development Zone, its land use changes in the magnitude and spatial variation between 2004 and 2013 was analyzed. As a result, forest land, paddy fields, 〈25 o area of dry land, unused land and the waters narrow, while construction land, 〉125 ~dry land, and shrub thickets and other land use types in the area have increased. Among the 8 types of land use in the study area, the dynamic of con- struction land index was the largest ment Zone is constantly expanding , indicating that the scale of construction Kaili Economic Develop- And changes in spatial structure of land use mainly extended along the Kaikai Avenue on both sides of the large area. Through the study,the changes of land use of Kaili Economic Development Zone was mainly affected by the city planning and land policy, social and eco- nomic factors.
