摘要
本科工商管理的教育旨在培养未来的企业管理者,故至少需要培养其四个方面的能力,即学习能力、解决实际问题的能力、团队合作的能力以及理论与实践相结合的能力。工商管理自主学习课程的教学须围绕这四个目标展开,设计了一个可以良好促使学生完成自主学习的教学机制。该教学模式下,通过问题导向培育解决实际问题的能力,通过团队小组学习培育团队合作能力,通过案例研究培养理论与实践相结合的能力,进而通过自主学习培育学习的能力,并以良好的考核机制保障了这些教学目标的完成。
Education of undergraduate business majors aims to cultivate future business managers, so it needs to cultivate at least four capabilities in undergraduates, i. e. , learning, solving practical problems, team cooperation, and combining theorywith practice. This paper designs a self-learning mechanism, under which the capability of solving practical problems is cultivated through problem orientation, the capability of team cooperation is cultivated through team learning, the capability of combining theory with practice is cultivated through case study, and the capability of learning is cultivated through self-learning.
