摘要 针对焦作矿区水力冲孔存在的问题,从工艺系统和施工技术等方面进行分析优化,研制开发了钻扩(冲)一体化钻具,实现了钻孔施工与水力冲孔一体化,简化了穿层钻孔水力冲孔工艺,有效解决了钻冲一体诸多难题,工作效率大幅提高。 Aiming at the problem of hydraulic flushing in hole in Jiaozuo mining area,based on the analysis and optimization of process system and construction technology,a drilling tool combined with drilling,expansion( hydraulic flushing) was developed. It has achieved the integration of boreholes construction and hydraulic flushing in hole,also simplified the process of hydraulic flushing in hole for layer-through boreholes,many problems of integration of drilling and expansion( hydraulic flushing) were solved effectively,and the working efficiency was considerably improved.
