摘要
乏风瓦斯由于浓度低、氧化利用经济性差,绝大部分被直接排放到大气中,这不仅造成了资源的浪费,而且还加剧了温室效应。提出一种将乏风瓦斯变温浓缩后再进行逆流氧化利用的方法,利用烟气余热进行变温吸附浓缩,实现了热量梯级利用,具有良好的推广应用价值。
Due to its low concentration and poor economy,most of ventilation air methane( VAM) is directly emitted into the atmosphere,which not only causes the waste of energy resource but also increases the greenhouse effect. A concentrator and thermal flow reversal reactor combined technology for VAM utilization was presented in this paper. The waste heat in the gas is used to concentrate VAM,which has the benefit of energy-step-utilization. The technology is worthy of popularization and application.
