摘要
基于山西某矿实际地质条件,采用理论分析和FLAC^(3D)数值模拟相结合的方法,对该矿综放工作面液压支架合理支护强度进行了研究分析。根据支护强度与顶板下沉量的"P—ΔL"曲线,确定了该工作面支架合理的支护强度,在此基础上为该矿选择合适的综放液压支架。并对选择的综放液压支架进行了工业性试验,发现支架运行状态能满足支护需要,实现了对工作面顶板的有效控制。符合矿井安全和经济的原则,保证了矿井的正常生产和矿工安全。
Based on the practical geological conditions of a mine in Shanxi Province,by adopting the combination of theoretical analysis and FLAC^3D numerical simulation method,the reasonable supporting strength of hydraulic support on fully-mechanized caving face was researched and analysed in detail. According to the supporting intensity and roof subsidence " P-ΔL" curve,determining the reasonable supporting strength of the working face. On this basis,choose the appropriate caving hydraulic support. And industrial test was carried out on the selected sublevel caving hydraulic support,which found running status of support can meet the needs of the supporting,can achieve the effective control of the roof,conform to the principle of the mine safety and economic and ensure the normal production of mine and mine safety,which will have certain reference and guidance significance to the selection of sublevel caving hydraulic support in the similar geological conditions.
