大坡度巷道岩巷作业线快速掘进施工技术

Rapid Excavation Technology on Operating Line of Rock Drift with Large-inclined Line

随着煤矿巷道掘进施工的机械化程度不断提高,岩巷掘进作业线得到了广泛的应用,大大提高了掘进速度,加快了现代化矿井的建设。岩巷掘进作业线在水平巷道中使用广泛而且施工技术成熟,而在大坡度斜巷使用掘进施工技术不成熟、施工速度慢、施工风险程度高。结合现场实际,总结了岩巷作业线在大坡度下山巷道的快速施工技术和安全措施,是对岩巷作业线下山掘进施工应用的一次有益的探索。

With the increasing of the mechanization degree of coal mine roadway excavation construction,the technology of rock roadway operating line was widely applied,and it can improve the speed of driving,accelerate the construction of a modern mine. Rock roadway operating line are widely used in the level roadway and the construction technology is mature,but the technology is immature,construction is slow and has a high degree of risk in the use of large slope inclined drift. In this paper,combined with site actual situation,it summed up the rock roadway operating line in the big downhill slope roadway＇s quick construction technology and safety measures,and it is a beneficial exploration for the rock roadway operating line in the big downhill slope roadway＇s excavation construction application.
