摘要
目前多数煤矿已进入回采后期,主要开采保护煤柱,巷道沿空掘进已成必然。掘进期间受三软不稳定煤层赋存条件及采空区动压影响,巷道掘进后不得不立即进行维修加固,巷道变形量大、维修费用高,严重影响采煤工作面正常接替和安全生产。从沿空掘巷破坏的原因分析到支护技术的优化探索,从而减少了巷道维修量,延长了巷道使用周期,降低了修护费用,保证了矿井的安全生产。
At present,most coal mines have entered into the late recovery,mainly carry out the mining of protective coal pillars,gob-side entry driving has become inevitable. Due to the influences of occurrence condition of the " three soft" unstable coal seam and the dynamic pressure of gob,excavating influence,have to immediately after the drivage maintenance of reinforcement,large amount of roadway deformation and the high cost of maintenance,seriously affect the normal replacement of mining face and the safety in production. Actively explore the " three soft" unstable coal seam in the technology of roadway along the empty send many of today's coal mine is an urgent need to solve the problem,this article from the analysis of the causes of damage along the empty send lane to support technology of optimization,thus reducing the amount of roadway maintenance,prolong the lifetime of the roadway,reduces the cost of repair,ensure the mine safety production.
