摘要
福祉、福利与社会福利是当今世界经济社会发展的核心议题之一,因为它回应了人类发展进程中的公平与正义问题。然而在实际研究中,福祉、福利与社会福利三个概念极其相似,导致了这三者之间出现了混用和滥用现象,从而严重影响了学术界对该领域的研究。因此,正确界定福祉、福利与社会福利的概念内涵,并厘清三个概念之间的相互关系,不管是对于推动学术界准确地进行福祉、福利与社会福利相关领域的研究,还是推动国家对社会福利制度的健全与完善都具有重要意义。
Today,well-being, welfare andsocial welfareare the core issues duringe conomic and socialdevelopmentin the world.Because they respond to the issuesof fairness and justice in the process ofhuman development.However, inactualresearch, well-being, welfare and social welfareare very similar inconcept,which led to the emergence of the mix andabuse of the three, thusseriously affecting the academicresearchin this field.There fore, the correctdefinition of well-being, welfare and social welfare, andclarifyingthe relationshipamongthe three conceptshavegreat significance on prompting academic studyonwell-being, welfare and social welfare, and improving and perfecting the welfare system.
