摘要
对以西江为水源的某水厂及其各处理工艺单元出水浊度进行为期1年的现场监测研究,发现原水浊度在夏秋高温季节变化较剧烈,水厂常规处理工艺对浊度的平均去除率约为98.83%,其中混凝沉淀阶段是浊度去除的主要单元,而消毒(清水池)过程对浊度的去除率不太稳定,需加强管理。在分析各工艺单元除浊效率的基础上,提出了原水浊度预警水平,建立了原水浊度与常规水处理工艺相关联的预警机制,有助于水厂根据原水水质情况及时调整工艺参数或处理措施,以保障城镇供水安全。
The turbidity of source water from West River and each water treatment process of a water plant was monitored and analyzed according to the measured data lasting for one year. It was found that the raw water turbidity changed more severely in summer and autumn,and the turbidity removal rate was about 98. 83% under the conventional process. Of all the treatment process units,the coagulation and sedimentation were the main processes for turbidity removal,while the management of disinfection process( clean water basin) needed to strengthen for being unsteady in turbidity removal. Based on analysis of the turbidity removal efficiency under each treatment process,this article proposed the turbidity warning level and established a early warning mechanism of the turbidity within all water treatment units and raw water. So the process parameters and operating condition of the water plants can be adjusted according to the raw water quality,and this would be helpful for the urban water supply security.
