摘要
报废汽车的回收处理,能够降低汽车对环境的污染,提高资源回收率。影响汽车回收处理评价的因素较多,传统评价方法没有充分考虑元素间的内部影响及反馈作用。针对此问题,从系统工程的角度,构建了包含技术要求、环境效益、资源效益和经济性4个准则的ANP评价模型。在此基础上进行了灵敏度分析,探讨4个准则权重发生变化时,对评价结果的影响,并进行了实例分析,验证了方法的有效性。
Scrap auto recycling can reduce car pollution on the environment and improve resource recovery. The evaluation of auto recycling is affected by various factors,and the traditional methods do not fully consider the internal or feedback effects among these factors. To solve this problem, an ANP evaluation model, which involved four principles of technical requirements,environmental benefits,resources and economic demands,was built on the perspective of system engineering.Then the sensitivity analysis was used to discuss the influence on the results as the weights of these four principles changed. A case study was presented to testify the feasibility of this model.
