摘要
相控阵天线一般采用数字移相器完成相位的调整,移相器的量化过程给波束的形成带来量化误差,同时工艺制造偏差、阵元及其他元器件故障等因素会给幅度和相位带来随机误差。在对二维阵列因子及阵列方向图误差进行建模,以及对量化误差、随机误差分析的基础上,说明了幅相误差的相关参数对平面相控阵天线副瓣电平、阵列方向图等有较大影响,并对量化相位以及阵列方向图进行了仿真验证,给出了参数取值的合理范围。
The phased array antenna uses digital phase shifters to implement phase adjustment in general.Yet,the phase quantiza- tion leads to phase error.Simultaneously, such factors as element fault,process deviation, etc.bring random amplitude and phase errors.It is illustrated that certain parameters of amplitude and phase errors have great influence on sidelobes, phased array antenna pattern, etc. based on modeling array factor error and array pattern error,analyzing quantization error and random error.The simulation and verifica- tion are performed for quantitative phase and array pattern to provide reasonable range of parameter selection.
