公民环境意识的培育是海南国际旅游岛建设的重要支撑和保障,是实现国际旅游岛可持续发展的关键。海南国际旅游岛公民生态文明意识淡薄,生态文明教育工作基础薄弱。这些问题的产生既有社会原因,又有教育原因,还有公民参与教育的积极性不高的原因。因此,要大力普及生态文明意识,营造良好社会氛围,完善生态文明法律,倡导绿色消费。

Cultivation of citizen＇ s environment consciousness is the important guarantee and support for the construction of Hainan international tourism island, and also the key element for the sustainable development of the international tourism island. The citizens in Hainan international tourism island have weak consciousness in ecological civilization, and the education of ecological civilization also has weak basis. These problems arise because of social reasons, educational reasons, and the low initiative of citizens＇ participation in education. Therefore, it is necessary to make great efforts to popularize ecological civilization, create good social atmosphere, complete the laws about ecological civilization, and advocate green consumption.
