摘要
以钢纤维作为改性材料,分别以0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的体积率掺入到不同橡胶掺量(5%、10%、15%、20%)的橡胶混凝土中,通过立方体抗压试验、轴心抗压试验和小梁抗折试验,研究了钢纤维改性橡胶混凝土的基本力学性能。试验结果表明:对较多橡胶掺量的橡胶混凝土,钢纤维的掺入对立方体抗压强度提高比较明显,对轴心抗压强度的提高不明显,对橡胶混凝土抗折强度和韧性有显著提高,并随钢纤维掺量增加而增大。
The properties of steel fiber with volume fraction of 0.5% , 1.0% , 1.5% modified the rubber concrete with 5% , 10% , 15% , 20% four different dosage are tested and analyzed, including cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength and prismoid flexural strength. The test results show that the addition of steel fiber improves the cube compressive strength of rubber content with high rubber content more obviously, the axial compressive strength has little change, while the flexural strength and toughness improve significantly as the increase of fraction of steel fiber volume.
