预应力碳板张拉端锚固支座的有限元分析及试验 被引量:4

摘要 随着新型加固技术的兴起和发展,预应力碳纤维板加固技术已经得到了越来越广泛的应用。在加固系统中,锚固支座是其中的重要组成部分,其优良特性将直接影响到预应力的效果和结构的安全性。针对预应力碳纤维板锚固体系,提出了一种适用于该体系的预应力碳板张拉端锚固支座,分析锚固支座的承载机理,同时利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行有限元分析。分析结果显示,该锚固支座能较好地满足预应力碳纤维板加固技术的要求。通过对锚固支座组装件进行荷载传递试验,结果表明,锚固支座具有较好的锚固性能。 With the development and maturation of new reinforcement technology, prestressed CFRP plates has been more and more applied. As an important part of reinforcement system, anchorage bearing' s qualities will directly affect the reinforcement effect and structural safety. Anchorage bearing which is applicable to prestressed CFRP plates reinforcement system is proposed. The loading process of prestressed CFRP plates is analyzed. Finite element modeling and analysis of anchorage bearing of prestressed CFRP plates are conducted with ANSYS software. The analytic result shows that the anchorage bearing can meet the requirements, and the load transfer tests of the CFRP plate anchor prove that the anchorage bearing has a high anchorage behavior.
