摘要
对复高钛重矿渣混凝土的长期变形性和耐久性能进行研究,结果表明:复高钛重矿渣混凝土没有体积安定性问题,收缩变形和徐变均符合设计标准;复高钛重矿渣混凝土没有碱-骨料反应,其碳化性能、抗渗等级、氯离子扩散系数、硫酸盐抗蚀性能和抗冻等级均满足混凝土耐久性设计规范。对主要指标收缩和徐变性能进行机理研究和分析,并对原高钛渣混凝土工程进行耐久性抽样调查,其芯样混凝土抗压强度均高于设计强度,外观没有变异。试验成果对该种骨料混凝土的推广应用提供了重要参考依据。
The long-term deformation and durability of complex high titanium heavy slag concrete are studied. The results show that, the CHTHSC will not lead to the problem of volume stability, and the shrinkage strain and creep meet the design standards. The CHTHSC shows no alkali- aggregate reaction, and the carbonation resistance, amti- permeability grade, Chloride ion diffusion coefficient, sulfate corrosion resistance coefficient and frost resistance grade meet the design requirements for concrete durability. Meanwhile, Mechanisms of main performance index such as shrinkage strain and creep are analyzed. The investigation on the durability of projects with HTHSC shows that the compression resistance of concrete in the cores is higher than design strength, and the outward appearance is not changed. The experiment results provide important reference for the application of this kind of concrete.
