Key Technologies and Engineering Practices of Existing Low Buildings with Significant Adding Storeys

本文首先对既有建筑加层改造的基本流程进行了阐述,其次,对低矮房屋大幅加层中的抗震设防标准、地基基础处理、加层结构体系等关键技术进行阐述和总结,最后,结合具体的实践活动分别给出直接加层和外套加层的工程案例,可为此类工程提供一定参考。

Firstly, the basic processes of the adding of existing buildings are described. Secondly, key technologies of the existing low buildings with significant adding storeys including the seismic fortification criterion, foundation treatment and the structure system of adding storeys are elaborated and summarized. Combined with the specific practices, the engineering practices of adding storeys directly and separated storey-adding structure are given finally. This paper has a reference value to the same type of projects.
