番茄实时定量PCR内参基因选择的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 实时定量PCR具有灵敏、准确、高通量等优点,已广泛应用于基因表达分析。常规的实时定量PCR关键步骤是选择合适的内参基因进行校正。该文总结了模式植物番茄传统内参基因类型的研究现状,提出了新的内参基因挖掘方法,以期为番茄实时定量PCR标准化提供了重要的理论依据。 Real-time quantitative PCR technology,with sensitive,accurate and high-throughput characteristics,had been widely used in gene expression analysis.Based on the relative quantitative analysis,the crucial step was selecting aproper reference gene,in this paper,research status of tomato's traditional reference gene types was summarized and other methods were proposed to find new reference genes.The present study provided the first important clues for accurate data normalization in real-time PCR in tomato.
