COACH教学引导法对学生学习动力和自主学习能力分析研究——以宁职院物流专业课堂教学为例

摘要 文章以三三COACH教学引导法作为课堂教学改革的手段,论述了90后学生的心理特点,企业用人需求变化和高职院校培养学生核心定位的变化。在此基础上,剖析了学生学习动力与刺激的逻辑关系,认为有必要强化学生的刺激环境,使其将学习作为优先主导目标,进而表现出更为积极性的学习动力。研究以宁职院物流管理专业三个年级的课程课堂教学为例,分析了采用COACH教学引导法带来的学生学习动力变化,以及采用课堂组织形式和课程评价方式的改革带来的学生自主学习能力的改善。 This paper takes three three COACH teaching method as the means of classroom teaching reform, and dis-cusses the psychological characteristics of the students, the changes of the enterprise's talent demand and the core posi- tion of the higher vocational colleges. On this basis, the paper analyzes the relationship between the learning motivation and stimulation of the students, and thinks that it is necessary to strengthen the students stimulating environment, so that they will take learning as the main priority target, and then show more positive learning motivation. Taking the three different grades of Ningbo Polytechnics Logistics Management students as an example, it analyzes the changes of students learning motivation based on the COACH teaching, and the improve- ment of students learning ability with the reform of the orga- nization form and the way of curriculum evaluation.
