地方本科院校转型发展中物流管理专业实践教学改革

Reform of Practice Teaching of Logistics Management Specialty in the Transformation of Local Undergraduate College

文章在国家引导地方本科院校向应用型院校转型的高等教育体制改革大背景下,针对高校培养的物流人才理论性强与社会对物流人才实践性要求高的不匹配现状,对地方本科院校物流管理专业人才培养过程中的实践教学存在的问题进行分析,提出了调整优化物流专业结构,实现专业链与产业链的集群对接;加强校内外实践基地建设;推进校内实践教学和考核机制改革等措施。

Under the background of higher education reform of which the country is leading local undergraduate colleges to trans- form to application-oriented colleges, and according to the present situation that logistics personnel with strong theory in college does not match the practical requirements of society, this paper analyses the problems in the process of practice teaching in lo- gistics management specialty of local undergraduate colleges and puts forward corresponding measures, such as adjusting and opti- mizing logistics speciahy structnre in order to realize the docking of specialty chain and industry chain, strengthening the con- stmction of the practice base of inside and outside school, promoting the reform of practice teaching in school and evaluation mechanism.
