摘要
采用有限元方法对圆筒型永磁直线电机(Tubular Permanent Magnet Linear Motor,TPMLM)的结构、磁场强度、齿槽力等进行了分析.根据电机在运动过程中的磁场强度变化情况,分析不同磁级数下的齿槽力,推测抑制齿槽力的方法.研究结果为抑制电机的推力波动奠定基础.
The finite element analysis is used to analyze the structure,the magnetic field intensity and the cogging force of Tubular Permanent Magnet Linear motor (TPMLM).According to the change of the magnetic field strength in the process of moving,the method of inhibitting the cogging force is specula-ted based on the different magnetic series.The results lay a foundation for inhibition of motor thrust fluctuation.
