山东省新农村信息化建设评价指标体系及实证研究

An Empirical Research on Evaluation System of Information Construction in Shandong's New Rural Areas

我国社会主义新农村建设需要依靠信息技术的不断发展和提高,而信息化水平测度则需要通过信息化指标的统计与分析。通过设计新农村信息化评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标的权重,以山东省五个县级市为研究对象进行实证分析。研究发现,提高新农村信息化建设水平需要把信息资源的开发和利用与村民持续增收结合起来,把信息资源的开发利用与自身优势结合起来,把信息资源的开发和利用与新农村全面建设结合起来。

The socialist new rural areas construction in China depends on the development and improvement of information technology. And the measurement of information level needs to use information index to do statistical analysis. This paper designs the information e- valuation system of new rural areas and selects five areas of Shandong Province as objects, and then makes an empirical analysis by em- ploying AHP method. The research result finally shows that improving the new socialist rural areas＇information construction should com- bine developing information resources with increasing farmers＇ income, combine exploring information resources with local advantages of rural areas and combine developing information resources with comprehensive new socialist rural areas construction.
