摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究了不同施氮水平下(施纯氮量2、4、6g/盆)滴灌棉花气孔导度与叶绿素之间的响应关系。结果表明,在棉花花铃期,施纯氮量为2、4、6g/盆处理气孔导度与叶绿素之间呈正相关关系,相关性系数(r)分别为0.928、0.990、0.909,T检验显著水平P为0.023、0.001、0.032;施纯氮量2g/盆和施纯氮量6g/盆处理的拟合模型为指数函数和二次函数,模型拟合决定系数(R2)分别为0.906、0.828,F检验显著水平P分别为0.013、0.032,达到显著水平;施纯氮量4g/盆处理的拟合模型为指数函数,模型拟合决定系数(R2)为0.927,F检验显著水平P=0.009,达到极显著水平。因此,研究的函数模型很好地描述了滴灌棉花叶绿素与气孔导度之间相关关系。
Pot experiments were adopted to study the response relationship between the drip irrigation cotton's stomatal conductance and chlorophyll under different nitrogen fertilizer levels.The results showed that:in the blossoming stage of cotton,there was positive correlation between stomatal conductance andchlorophyll under the nitrogen fertilizer level of 2,4,6g/pot,and the relative coefficients(r)were0.928,0.990,0.909,the significant level Pof Ttest were 0.023,0.001,0.032;the fitting models of2g/pot and 6g/pot were exponential function and quadratic function,the model fitting determination coefficients(R^2)were 0.906 and 0.828,and the significant level Pof Ftest were 0.013,0.032 and reach the significant level;the fitting model of 4g/pot was exponential function,the model fitting determination coefficient(R^2)was 0.927,the significant level Pof Ftest was 0.009 and reached the highly significant level.Therefore,the function model could be used to describe the response relationship between the drop irrigation cotton's stomatal conductance and chlorophyll,thus providing new computing methods and theoretical basis to the estimation of water consumption of drip irrigation cotton in the oasis farming of inland arid region.
