以COD值为指标控制烟用香精香料的质量

摘要 以COD值为指标控制烟用香精香料的质量。分别测定香精香料标准品和待测样品的COD值,计算待测样品与标准品COD值的相对偏差,如果相对偏差的绝对值≤10%,视为合格品,否则视为不合格品。通过测定掺杂糖料、香料样品及验证样品的COD值、相对密度及折光指数,对比其相对偏差的绝对值,发现,依据相对密度及折光指数无法区分合格及不合格品,而依据COD值可以完全正确地区分,说明COD值可以作为评价及控制烟用香精香料质量的有效指标。 The chemical oxygen demand(COD)value was used as index to evaluate the quality of tobacco flavor.The COD values of standard and tested samples were determined respectively,then the relative deviations of COD values were calculated.If the absolute value of relative deviation was less than or equal to 10%,the sample could be evaluated as a qualified product,otherwise as an unqualified product.The COD value,relative density and refraction index of mixed sugar samples,mixed spices samples and validation samples were determined.The absolute values of relative deviations were compared.Results showed that,the samples which could not be distinguished between qualified and unqualified by relative density and refraction index,could be distingushed correctly by COD value,which meant COD value could be used as a kind of effective index for evaluating and controlling cigarette tobacco quality.
