通过对马钢第二炼铁总厂高炉出铁场除尘系统的改造,针对二个大小不同的出铁场,以及其炉前设备布置形式的不同,对出铁除尘系统进行结构及传动方式改造后的实际效果,进行归纳总结,为今后出铁场除尘系统的设计提出建设性意见。

in this paper, through the transformation of Maanshan Iron＆amp;Steel Co., Ltd.the sec-ond ironmaking plant of blast furnace iron dust removal system, according to two different sizes of cast-house, and before the furnace equipment layout of different, of iron dust removal system of actual effect after the transformation of the structure and mode of transmission, summarized, put forward a construc-tive suggestion for the design of future casthouse dedusting system.
