摘要
文章以萘、菲为惟一碳源,研究了铜绿假单胞菌对萘、菲的降解特性试验.结果表明,铜绿假单胞菌能以萘、菲为惟一碳源,对萘、菲具有较好的降解能力.21天菲与萘的最高降解率分别可达95.1%和92.3%.此菌株对菲、萘的脱氢酶活性有一定的影响,0~10天其脱氢酶活性迅速增强,10天达到最高值,随后逐渐下降.从微生物数量可知,不同浓度的萘、菲对微生物的生长也有较大的影响.浓度过低时,菌体生长缓慢;浓度过高,铜绿假单胞菌本身产生的副作用会抑制微生物的生长.
The researches on the pseudomonas aeruginosa degradation of the naphthalene and phenanthrene were performed in different concentrations under the sole carbon resource of the naphthalene and phenanthrene.The results showed that the pseudomonas aeruginosa can grow under this condition and degraded fully naphthalene and the phenanthrene.The maximum rates of degradation for naphthalene and the phenanthrene reached 95.1% and 92.3% at 21 days,respectively.Additionally,pseudomonas aeruginosa could influence the dehydrogenase activity to a certain extent.The dehydrogenase activity increased rapidly from 0to 10 day,and reached the peak values at day 10.Then it decreased gradually.According to the bacteria numbers,the different concentrations of naphthalene and phenanthrene had obvious impacts on the growth of microorganism.Enough high concentration of pseudomonas aeruginosahad would inhibit bacteria growth owing to its side effects.
