灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗瘀证型高血压病的临床疗效与安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Fleabane Injection Combined with Conventional Medicine in the Treatment of Stasis Hypertension

目的:研究灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗瘀证型高血压的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2013年2月-2014年2月笔者所在医院收治的瘀证型高血压患者110例,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组55例,研究组给予灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗,对照组给予西药常规治疗,比较两组治疗前后血压值、瘀证积分、临床症状积分、血液流变学指标、不良反应。结果:治疗后研究组收缩压、舒张压分别为(129.8±0.3)mm Hg、(71.8±2.1)mm Hg,显著优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=10.035、9.585,P=0.024、0.031);治疗后研究组血瘀证积分和临床症状积分分别为(19.2±0.3)分、(2.4±0.7)分,显著优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=9.793、9.069,P=0.027、0.032);治疗后研究组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积及红细胞聚集指数分别为(3.69±0.02)m Pa·s、(1.58±0.01)m Pa·s、(0.33±0.02)%和(3.36±0.04),显著优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=10.021、10.173、9.896、9.372,P=0.024、0.026、0.033、0.036);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(字2=5.072,P=0.083)。结论:灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗具有较好的降压效果,能显著改善患者的瘀证积分和临床症状积分,改善患者的血流变学指标。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of Fleabane Injection combined with conventional medicine in the treatment of stasis hypertension.Method：110 cases with stasis hypertension were selected in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014,they were divided into the study group and the control group according to a random number table,55 cases in each group.The patients of the study group were given Fleabane Injection combined with conventional medicine and the patients of the control group were treated with conventional medicine.The blood pressure,blood stasis integration,clinical symptom score after treatment and hemorheology,adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result：The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure of the study group after treatment were（129.8±0.3）,（71.8±2.1）mm Hg significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=10.035,9.585,P=0.024,0.031）.The stasis score and clinical symptom score of the study group after treatment were（19.2±0.3）,（2.4±0.7）points significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=9.793,9.069,P=0.027,0.032）.The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and red blood cell aggregation index of the study group after treatment were（3.69±0.02）m Pa·s,（1.58±0.01）m Pa·s,（0.33±0.02）% and（3.36±0.04） significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=10.021,10.173,9.896,9.372,P=0.024,0.026,0.033,0.036）.The adverse reactions of two groups had no statistically significant（ x2=5.072,P=0.083）.Conclusion：Fleabane Injection combined with conventional western medicine has a better antihypertensive effect,can significantly improve the patient＇s blood stasis integration and clinical symptom score,improve the patient＇s blood rheology index.
