内科护理管理工作中潜在风险防范分析

Potential Risk Prevention and Analysis in Department of Internal Medicine Nursing Management

目的探讨内科护理管理工作中潜在风险以及防范措施。方法结合该院内科护理工作,回顾性分析在内科护理过程中潜在的风险,针对性实施全新的防范管理措施,将实施前后风险发生情况进行对比。结果内科护理管理工作中存在的风险主要在内科管理层、护理人员以及患者本身三个方面,分别从完善内科护理管理机制、提高护理人员专业水平、加强对患者的健康教育几个方面提出防范措施。结论在内科护理管理工作中严格地实施护理制度以及加强对患者健康教育,有助于预防风险事故的发生,提高护理质量,保证护理安全。

Objective To investigate the potential risk of Department of internal medicine nursing management and preventive measures.Methods On the basis of the hospital nursing work, retrospective analysis of potential risk in the medical nursing pro-cess, puts forward the preventive measures. Results In nursing management of medical risk in medical management layer, nursing staff and patients in three aspects, respectively, from the improvement of medical nursing management mechanism, improve the nurses professional level, strengthen the patients health education and put forward the preventive measures.Conclusion In internal medicine nursing management in strict implementation nursing system and strengthen health education to patients, to prevent the occurrence of accident risk, improve nursing quality, ensure the safety of nursing care.
