全面护理管理在感染性疾病门诊中的应用

Comprehensive Care Management for Infectious Disease in Outpatient De-partment

目的为了进一步提高感染性疾病门诊的护理质量并减少医患纠纷的发生几率,分析和探讨全面护理管理对医院感染控制的影响。方法该院于2014年在感染性疾病门诊中提高门诊护理管理水平,结合该院的具体情况制定了一些院内感染防控措施,对比和研究2013年度、2014年度该院感染性疾病门诊感染检测数据指标、环境卫生检测数据指标的变化。结果经过对比分析发现,2014年度内感染性疾病门诊其感染检测数据指标、环境卫生检测数据指标和2013年度相比具有明显下降,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将全面护理管理应用于感染性疾病门诊中,不仅完善科室护理管理制度,而且明显控制了感染的发生率,提高了医院门诊护理管理水平,值得推广和应用。

Objective To further improve the effectiveness of our hospital humanistic management in the department of infectious diseases and to prevent the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and explore the influence of outpatient nursing management on hospital infection control. Methods 2014 in our hospital to improve the management level of nursing clin-ic,according to the actual situation to formulate control measures of nosocomial infection,comparative analysis from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital nosocomial infection detection data index,environmental health inspection data index. Results After statistical analysis of experimental data found that significantly lower than the nosocomial infection rate in 2014,and 2014 in the environmental health of various testing data were significantly better than that of 2010 and 2011,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conclusion Strengthen the efforts to improve the outpatient nursing management system,can effectively control the nosocomial infection rate,improve the level of hospital outpatient nursing management.
