药品生产企业做好销售工作的关键是建立高效率成功的销售人员队伍,核心是做好销售人员管理。因为销售人员在整个药品流通中扮演着重要角色,关系到中医药品企业的生存和发展。该研究结合药品生产企业销售人员的特点,分析药品生产企业销售人员管理存在的问题,提出了相关的建议及对策。

For drug manufacturers to do a good job on selling, the key is to establish a successful sales staff team with high effi-ciency, the core is the management of sales personnel. Because the sales staff plays an important role in the whole medicine circu-lation, related to Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprise＇s survival and development. In this paper, combined with the charac-teristics of the pharmaceutical production enterprise sales personnel, analysis of problems existing in the pharmaceutical production enterprise sales personnel management,we put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures.
