摘要
目的了解当前ICU护士对"2012脓毒症治疗指南"的认知情况。方法采用依据2012指南自行设计脓毒症与护理相关知识的调查问卷,对2014年7月—2014年12月期间210名ICU护士进行调查。结果护士对"2012脓毒症治疗指南"的知晓率仅有49.52%;对其中相关知识4个维度掌握程度均不足60%,70.48%的护士对"2012脓毒症治疗指南"的掌握在中等水平;护士对"2012脓毒症治疗指南"掌握的程度与护士的层级、ICU的工作年限、年龄及职称呈正相关,且外科ICU护士较内科ICU护士对相关知识掌握的更好。结论 ICU护理管理者们需加强对该科室内护士的培训,以提高她们对"2012脓毒症治疗指南"相关知识的掌握程度,鼓励其主动参与到脓毒症病人的治疗与护理实践中,确实为病人实行医护一体化服务,提高医护质量。
Objective To know the current cognitive status of ICU nurse to 2012 sepsis treatment guideline. Methods Design the questionnaire of the sepsis and related nursing knowledge according to 2012 guidelines and invest 210 ICU nurses during July 2014 to December 2014. Results The awareness rate of ICU nurses to 2012 sepsis treatment guideline is 49.52%, the awareness rate of related knowledge of 4 dimensions was less than 60%, the understanding degree of 80.48%ICU nurses was in medium lev-el, the mastering degree to 2012 sepsis treatment guideline of ICU nurses was positively associated with nurse grade, work seniori-ty, age and professional title, surgery ICU nurses can master the guideline better than medical ICU nurses. Conclusions ICU nursing managers should strengthen the training of nurses to improve the mastering degree to 2012 sepsis treatment guideline of ICU nurses, encourage them to participate in the treatment and nursing of sepsis patients, and to improve the medical and nursing quality.
