我国当今医患关系对在校医学生心理状态的影响

The Influence of Our Country Current Doctor-patient Relationship for the Medical Students Psychological States

目的研究我国当今社会医患关系的大环境下,在校医学生对国内医患关系现状的认知情况与相应心理状态的相关性。方法随机抽取牡丹江医学院在校医学生800人,参照阳欣哲编制修订的"媒体报道与医患关系调查问卷"和症状自评量表进行调查。结果研究结果显示医患纠纷频繁程度,自我发生医患纠纷的可能性,是否因医患关系转入非临床工作的判断对医学生心理状态均有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论 1我国当今医患关系情况对在校医学生心理状况的影响是显著的,希望能引起社会各界的广泛关注和足够重视。2国内医学高校可针对医学生医患关系认知问题,开展相关心理健康教育,从而促进医学生的心理健康。

Objective To study under the environment of our country nowadays doctor-patient relationship, the correlation in the cognition of domestic status of doctor-patient relationship in medicos and the corresponding mental state. Methods Randomly se-lected from Mudanjiang Medical College in medicos 800 people, with reference to the Yang Xinzhe compilation and revision of the＂media reports and the doctor-patient relationship questionnaire ＂ and symptom self rating scale were investigated. Results The study results showed that doctor-patient disputes frequently degree, self possibility of doctor-patient disputes, whether because of doctor-patient relationship into the non clinical judgment on medical students＇ mental states had significant effect （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion ①In our country nowadays, doctor-patient relationship of impact on medical students＇ psychological status is significant, hopeitcan cause widespread concern in the community and enough attention.②Our medical colleges and universities can solve the problem of the cognition of relationship between doctors and patients and, to carry out mental health education, so as to promote the mental health of medical students.
