摘要
离子迁移谱(IMS)在痕量化学物探测方面已有广泛应用,而热解析是在用于IMS的液体和固体样品进样的重要手段,热解析的温度是控制重点。设计以数据采集卡PCI2300和固态继电器构成的温度控制系统,对样品进行加热,从而实现样品的蒸发,通过载气实现进样,来实现热解析。实验证明,该系统成本低,控温效果良好,具有一定推广意义。
Ion mobility spectrometry( IMS) has been widely applied in trace detection of chemicals. The thermal desorption is an important method of liquid and solid samples for IMS. The temperature of thermal desorption should be strictly controlled. In the design,the sample is heated by temperature control system which consists of PCI2300 data acquisition card and solid state relays. Then the sample evaporates,the sampling is achieved by carrier gas,and thermal desorption is complete. The experiment proves that the system is low-cost,and it can better control temperature,so it has certain significance to promote.
