广西壮族自治区2001～2013年口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗补充免疫活动结果分析

The Effect of Supplementary Immunization Activities of Oral Poliomyelitis Attenuated Live Vaccine in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during 2001-2013

目的对广西壮族自治区（广西）2001-2013年口服脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）减毒活疫苗（Oral Poliomyelitis Attenuated Live Vaccine,OPV）补充免疫活动（Supplementary Immunization Activities,SIA）进行分析,为继续维持无脊灰提供参考。方法收集广西2001-2013年OPV SIA报表,应用微软电子表格和统计产品与服务解决方案软件进行分析。结果广西2001-2013年OPV SIA共接种35 648 706剂,平均报告接种率为96.64%,发现零剂次免疫儿童1 230 420人,各年报告接种率均〉95%。结论 OPV SIA对广西维持无脊灰状态发挥了重要作用,为继续无脊灰,在做好常规免疫的基础上,仍要探索适宜的免疫方式。

Objective To determine the effect of oral poliomyelitis attenuated live vaccine（ OPV） supplementary immunization activities（ SIAs） in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region during 2001-2013,and to provide recommendations for maintaining polio-free status. Methods We obtained data reported from the OPV SIA in Guangxi and analyzed the data using Microsoft Excel and Statistical Product and Service Solutions（ SPSS） software. Results A total of 3,564,870 doses were administrated during OPV SIAs in Guangxi from 2001-2013. The average reported coverage was 96. 64%. The number of zero-dose children was 1,230,420 and the coverage rates were all above 95% each year. Conclusion OPV SIAs played important role for maintaining polio-free status in Guangxi. Other appropriate methods should be explored based on stable,routine immunization.
