摘要
该文介绍了油田在单井注水自动控制系统中采用PLC控制、GPRS无线网络通讯传输、远程计算机集中控制,达到油田单井注水无人值守控制系统。由于单井注水站分布点多、距离远,偏僻且分散,注水设备的操作及管理都需要人工完成。不能保证注水工艺的实时性与准确性,同时也不利于油田数字化进程发展。设计集信号采集、处理、传输、管理为一体的自动化单井注水控制系统,具有一定的推广价值。
Introduced in single well water injection in the automatic control system adopts PLC control,GPRS wireless network communication transmission,remote computer centralized control,to achieve single well water injection unattended control system.As a result of single well water injection station localities,distance,remote and scattered,the operation of the water injection equipment and management all need human to complete. Can*t guarantee real--time and accuracy of water injection process,but also not conducive to the advancement of oilfield digitization process. Design collection of signal acquisition,processing,transmission,management as one of the single well water injection automation control system,has a certain popularization value.
