脑干海绵状血管瘤诊疗进展 被引量：6

摘要 脑干海绵状血管瘤（Brain stem cavernous malformation,BCM）,是一种神经外科少见疾病。约占颅内海绵状血管瘤的9%-35%,约占脑干占位性病变的1/3。中脑、脑桥、延髓均可发生BCM。其中,脑桥是最好发部位,其次为中脑、脑桥延髓结合部。
