厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效

Effect of Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease

目的：观察高血压合并冠心病采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗的临床效果。方法：临床纳入120例我院2013年8月~2015年2月门诊治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者,所有患者按随机数字表法分为两组各60例。其中60例患者口服氨氯地平治疗作为对照组,另60例患者口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗作为观察组。观察两组治疗前后血压情况、治疗效果以及不良反应。结果：治疗前两组患者SBP、DBP水平无差异,P〉0.05;治疗后观察组血压比对照组低,P〈0.05;观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率分别为98.33%、3.33%,明显优于对照组的86.67%、15%,P〈0.05。结论：高血压合并冠心病患者服用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗效果显著,可明显改善临床症状,促进血压恢复正常,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Oh jective To study the clinical effect of hypertension and coronary heart disease patients with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets treatment. Methods 120 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated by 2013.8-2015.2 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table. The 60 eases of patients with oral ammonia amlodipine treatment as control group, another 60 cases were treated with irbesartan hydroehlorothiazide thiazide tablets in the treatment as the observation group. Observe the blood pressure, treatment effect and adverse reaction of two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results there was no difference between DBP and SBP in the two groups before treatment, P〉0.05, the blood pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05, and the incidence of adverse reaction was 98.33%, 3.33%, 86.67%, 15%, P〈0.05, respectively. Conclusion patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease taking Ecuador irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide thiazide tablets in the treatment effect is significant, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, promote the blood pressure returned to normal, adverse reactions less, it is worth of clinical application and promotion.
