摘要
目的:研究流化床制粒设备在头孢克洛颗粒制备中的应用。方法:采用正交试验法,选定进风温度、喷入粘合剂浓度、喷浆速度、进风量为考察因素,每个因素取3个水平,筛选头孢克洛颗粒流化床制粒的最佳工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为粘合剂为10%PVPK30、进风温度70℃、喷入速度50m L·min-1,进风量为1400m3·h-1。结论:本方法生产工艺简单,自动化程度更高,是药物制剂现代化生产的一条良好途径。
Objectives:To study the fluidized bed atomization granulation in application of preparation of Cefaclor granules. Methods: Select generation temperature,the spray adhesive concentration,the gunite speed,wind capacity to advance to optimize the technical process of Cefaclor granules by fluidized bed atomization granulation with orthogonal design. Results:The optimized conditions were as follows:the spray adhesive concentration was 10%PVPK30,the generation temperature was 70℃,the gunite rate was 50mL/min,the wind capacity to advance was 1400m3·h^-1 Conclusion:The method is simple and automaticity is higher. It is a good pathway for Cefaclor granules up to date preparation. Key Words:
