盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液配伍禁忌(附一例报告)

The incompatibility of the bromhexine hydrochloride and glucose injection(attach one case report)

目的:探讨临床出现的一例盐酸溴己新配伍反应原因,为临床使用盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液提供建议。方法:模拟临床加药方式,观察盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液外观变化,测定出现配伍反应时的p H值。结果:5%碳酸氢钠注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液的p H值偏高导致盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液出现白色浑浊。结论:盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液使用时,宜更换输液器,或用5%葡萄糖注射液冲管。

Objective：To analysis reasons of bromhexine hydrochloride and glucose injection incompatibility with solutions and provide recommendations for use of bromhexine hydrochloride injection.Methods：By simulate clinical dosing methods,observe the property changed of mixed solution and nleasure pH of each mixture solution.Results： Bromhexine hydrochloride was unstable in high pH condition.Conclusion：When the bromhexine hydrochloride and glucose injection is used, it is advisable to replace the transfusion device or by using 5% glucose injection to flush infusion tube after one is finished.
