摘要
采用问卷调查和访谈,对中西部7省的98所新建和改扩建学校,从学校基础建设、在校学生情况、师资配置、课程设置等四个方面进行调查,结果发现:新建校存在缺少专用教室和康复设备、对招生规模的预测和招生方式不科学、学段设置偏狭、课程设置依据有偏差等问题;改扩建校存在班额过大的问题;两类学校均存在校址远离城区、教师匮乏等问题,改扩建校主要缺乏康复教师和职业技能授课教师,新建校则缺乏各类教师。
This study,by using questionnaires and interviews,aims to explore the basic construction,the current situation of students,the teaching resources,and the curriculum in 98 newly-built and reconstructed special education schools from 7 provinces in China's central and western regions. The results show the following: the newly-built schools lack special-purpose classrooms and rehabilitation facilities,narrowly set learning phases,fail to scientifically predict the quantity of newly-enrolled students,have serious problems in the enrollment of new students,and have a deviant base for curriculum; the reconstructed special education schools have an excessively large class size; and the newly-built and reconstructed special education schools are distant from downtown cities,lack sufficient teachers,especially rehabilitation-oriented teachers and teachers teaching vocational skills in the reamstructed special education schools,and te achers of various courses in the newly-built special education schools.
