摘要
诺丁斯关心理论与全纳学校对学校改革的价值取向有许多共通之处,二者都是对学校进行整体和综合改革的思考。关心理论是对从学校教育实践到教育本质所进行的哲学思考,主张关心和接纳每一个学生、尊重学生差异化和多元化的教育需求、强调学生在参与和合作中获得高质量的教育。在关心理论的指导下,全纳学校可以进一步明确育人目标、改革学校课程、改变师生关系和评价方式、培养关心型教师。
Noddings' s Caring Ethics Theory has concepts similar to the reform of inclusive schools.They both advocate an integrated school reform,and based on educational practice and essence,caring and accepting each student,respecting their different and diversified educational needs,and emphasizing highquality education by students' participation and cooperation. Under the guidance of the Theory,inclusive schools can further define educational goals,reform the school curriculum,change the teacher-student relationship,the methods of evaluation,and train caring-oriented teaches.
