摘要
文章首先对"6S管理"的概念进行了介绍。针对高校档案管理的现状,文章提出了其存在的问题,并对"6S管理"模式运用到高校档案管理这一课题进行了可行性分析,同时提出了相应的实施方案。
In the beginning of the essay, the concept of＂6S management＂is introduced. Existed problems are pointed out based on the current situation of file management in universities. Besides, the feasibility of applying＂6S management＂ m ode to file management in colleges and universities are analyzed, with the proposal of corresponding practical schemes.
