As Chinese software enterprises stepped into the global market to wider scopes, there came expanded employment opportunities and renewed job values in China’s software industry. It is analyzed that another upsurge of job-hopping among software talents will soon be seen, which undoubtedly concerns all software entrepreneurs and men of insight in this industry. Focusing on the points of much debate like talents flow channel, resignation mechanism, salary and encouragement system etc., our special topic in this edition is just to study several right examples to find out present situation of software talents, and decode all possible challenges that HR managers have race. Not least a multi-angle perspective description is given to help China’s software enterprises shoulder the responsibility to create nature and healthy environment that talents crave. After all, it is talents who powers IT.
