According to the location features of the second phase project of Gelin Chuntian in Jinjiang City,the paper identifies the principle for the planning design of the principle from the functional division,regional relation,resource sharing,and architectural quality,and illustrates the single design and communications organization scheme,so as to build up the high-end composite complex with residence,commerce,and entertainment.
